Job Description

Just off I-20 in the Financial Plaza district, our hotel is eight minutes from Shreveport Regional Airport. We offer shuttle service to and from the airport as well as restaurants within five miles of the hotel. Our Garden Grille serves breakfast and dinner, and our 24-hour Pavilion Pantry is always stocked with snacks and drinks.

The Marriott Farmington has an opening for a Line Cook. The Cook is a member of the Food & Beverage Team. S/he is responsible for: preparation of menu items (breakfast/lunch/dinner/banquets) for the hotel; Prepares food; ensures consistent quality; and follows Standard Operating Procedures and Food Safety procedures. This individual is required to be confident, detail oriented, work well in a team environment, and enjoys serving customers in a positive, friendly and courteous manner.

    -1 year of experience
    -Food Handlers Certification
    -Ability to work a flexible schedule
