We are seeking a dynamic self-motivated individual to fill an opening on our culinary team. The Executive Chef is responsible supporting the F&B department by providing leadership & direction in the culinary operation, preparing exceptional food offerings and ensuring outstanding cleanliness standards are maintained. Schedule is primarily mid-day to evenings and weekend, but open availability is required.

Duties and Responsibilites:
Prepares food offerings for the outlets and banquet operations
Ensures food quality is up to company and brand standards
Controls all costs for the culinary department to include labor, line accounts and food cost
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitization and safe food handling procedures
Assist in the management and training of culinary staff
Other duties as assigned by department head, Mod, or General Manager
