The COOK III is responsible prepare all pantry and pastry items for Splashes Restaurant, Splashes Bar, Room Service, 1555, and Pacific Perk meeting hotel standards of production quality and quantity.

Splashes Restaurant, under Corporate Executive Chef Ronald Fougeray, has been awarded Trip Advisor's Certificate of Excellence and Open Table's Diner's Choice award.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, include but not limited to:

    -To follow all specifications to properly and efficiently prepare all pantry and pastry items.
    -To ensure that the pantry station and walk-in box is kept clean and sanitary at all times, in accordance with company standards and local health department guidelines.
    -To ensure the consistent availability of a sufficient amount of food items.
    -To communicate all guest requests to an appropriate supervisor in a timely and professional manner.
    -To personally ensure the quality and quantity, as ordered, of all food items on station.
    -To take daily inventory of all items in the walk-in and assist, as directed, to order stock.
    -To rotate food in refrigerator to minimize waste and spoilage.
    -To promptly notify supervisor of product spoilage.
