What Do You Bring To The Kitchen?
-A passion for delivering exceptional, fresh food that delight your guests
-A proven track record in selecting, coaching, motivating, and developing great people
-An openness to feedback, coaching and mentorship
-Outstanding communication skills that foster teamwork and respect
-Previous experience leading a large culinary team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
-A personal commitment to continuous improvement
-Experience with projection and management of inventory, food cost, labour, variable costs, prep charts, etc.
-Required certifications to responsibly work in and create a safe and clean environment (i.e., FoodSafe certified)
-he ability to legally work in Canada (as a citizen, resident, or other with a current valid work permit)
