Prepares cooks and presents food to order adhering to company food preparation, holding times and service cycle standards, in a friendly and efficient manner.Job Functions:* Prepares, cooks and presents foods to order following established company standards.* Completes assigned (prep/pull work) as needed and to prep/pull charts.* Completes temperature charts.* Stores and rotates stock.* Cleans and organizes area.* Assists service assistants periodically.Principal AccountabilitiesGuest orders are prepared following company specifications, safe food handling and service cycle standards.
Qualification Standards* Must be 18 years old* Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.* Must have sufficient mobility to move and/or operate in work area.* Must have basic math skills including understanding of units of measure.* Must be able to observe and ensure product is prepared and presented to company requirements.* Must meet any state, county or municipal regulation pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling.
